This invention relates to devices for unloading bulk materials, for example, from ships. A device for unloading bulk material from ship holds is known, comprising a portal on which a turntable is installed, carrying a ring frame with a mast mounted on it, to which is attached an arrow consisting of two hinged horizontal and vertical sections, the last of which is made of an organ, wherein the boom is provided with a conveyor, and the horizontal boom section connected to the ring frame is installed with the possibility of rotation in a vertical plane D3. The purpose of the invention is to increase the maneuverability of the boom when unloading holds. The goal is achieved by the device for unloading bulk material from the ship holds, containing a portal on which a turntable is installed, carrying a ring frame with a mast mounted on it, to which is attached an arrow consisting of two pivotally connected horizontal and vertical sections the latter of which is made with a working organ, with the boom equipped with a conveyor belt, and the horizontal section of the boom, connected to the ring frame, is rotatably mounted in the vertical plane, the mast pivotally connected to the turntable and pivotally mounted in a vertical plane, with the hydraulic cylinders mounted on the frame, the rods of which are connected to the mast by means of hinges. The proposed device comprises a portal, the supports 1 of which move along pier 2. The portal has a turning circle 3 carrying an annular frame 4 on which a mast 5 is installed with an arrow attached to it consisting of two pivotally horizontal 6 and a vertical 7 sections. of which are made with a working body 8. The arrow is also equipped with a burn; horizontal and vertical conveyor 9. The turntable is designed as a ring gear and is driven by engine 10 through gear 11. The position of the boom relative to the horizon is controlled by a cable system and winch 12 with engine 13 installed on mast 5 and moving along with it. The horizontal conveyor section contains a screw driven by the engine 14, and the vertical section of the conveyor is driven by the engine 15. At the same time, the horizontal and vertical sections of the conveyor are connected by means of a transfer chute 16 in such a way as to ensure that the material is not transferred from one section to another. The vertical 7 and horizontal 6 boom sections are connected by means of a hinge t7, as a result of which these boom sections have the ability to deviate from one another in a common plane, and to control the angle between them, an actuator 18 is provided containing a hydraulic hydraulic cylinder. The device works as follows. The turntable 3 allows the boom to rotate in a horizontal plane, and the cable winch 12 adjusts the angle between the horizontal plane and the boom, thereby changing the height of the position of the vertical conveyor section. Since the angle between the vertical and horizontal boom sections can be varied with the aid of the actuator 18, the material is discharged from the most inaccessible places in the ship's hold. Under the annular frame 4 is installed receiving device 19 of the transverse conveyor 20, intended for transportation of material to the uterine transporter 21 installed on the pier. The boom is connected to the mast 5 in such a way that the boom ribs 22 rest on the axis 23 on both sides of the mast 5, providing a rigid connection between the boom and the mast 5, which allows the boom to rotate around the horizontally aligned axes 23. Protrusions are provided down the brackets 24, which are inserted between the bearing supports 25 rigidly mounted on the turntable 3. Consequently, the boom not only rises and falls, turning around the axes 23, but also moving in the transverse direction, deviating or turning around the axes 28. The use of the proposed device will ensure complete unloading of the ship's hold while reducing energy costs by balancing the weight of the vertical section of the conveyor and increasing the boom maneuverability.
